TeleSearch Staffing Solutions provides the following benefits to its qualified temporary employees:

Paid Vacations1: Qualified temporary employees can earn one week's Vacation Pay per year.

Paid Holidays1: TeleSearch pays the following holidays to qualified employees:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Health Insurance2: TeleSearch pays 25% of the cost of Individual Health Insurance and Dental coverage for our employees that qualify; coverage is through U.S. Health Care and AIG. Family Coverage is available at an additional cost to the employee.

401k Plan2: We have a 401k Plan for our employees; we match our employees' contributions at 20 cents on the dollar up to 5% of their salary.

Referral Bonuses: You can receive a $50 Referral Bonus for sending your friends and relatives to TeleSearch. To receive your bonus, they must either be placed by us on a permanent position or work for us as a temp for at least 120 hours.

Quick Pay: The TeleSearch Work Week is Monday through Sunday. Paydays are weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Fees: We do not charge any fees to our employees; any fees that are involved are paid by our client companies. Nothing is withheld from your check other than the required State and Federal taxes.

1 To qualify for either Vacations or Holidays, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must have worked for TeleSearch for at least 1 year.
  • During the 12 month period preceding your vacation, you must have worked for TeleSearch at least 1500 hours.
  • For Paid Holidays, you must also work for TeleSearch the business days immediately before and after the Holiday. Example: in 2008, Labor Day falls on Monday, September 1st. If you work for TeleSearch both the Friday before (August 29th) and the Tuesday after the holiday (September 2nd) AND you have worked for TeleSearch at least 1500 hours since the last Labor Day (September 3rd, 2007); you qualify for a paid holiday on Labor Day.
  • Note: Payroll Service Personnel do not receive Paid Holidays or Vacations.

2 To qualify for Health Insurance or the 401k Plan, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Work for TeleSearch for at least 1 year, and
  • During the 12 month period preceding your enrollment, you must have worked for TeleSearch at least 1000 hours.
